Upon seeing this played I was briefly reminded of the man who's playhouse and films I enjoy to this day. Evidently that dude has four "E's" though. So just what the hell is a "pewee" then? Turns out; two things apparently. A North American bird who eats flies in addition to being the haircut worn by actress Lisa Kudrow's character on the popular television show "Friends".
